muy tired. just muy tired

but the odd thing is, i've stayed up *much* longer than this, and been fine.
i tried to sleep yesterday morning, i did i did!
but nope. no luck.
i had this sort of "i'm not really sleeping" sleeps and a weird dream
it ended with a giant grasshopper or mantis or some large unappealing bug thing on my bed,
and i was like "agh! away from me, vile creature!"
then i woke up, feeling at though i'd just seen a giant bug on my bed.

still muy tired.

i need someone to snuggle up to and get to sleeping.
we could do the keeping each other warm thing,
and i need a backrub.
cause my back muscles are going
you hunch over all day, play pokemon?! we show you! *tackle attack*

am i tired? yes.

and yet i could stay awake, if i had good reason to.
but noone's on to talk!
um, i'll check back in a little bit, over the span of which i hope not to fall asleep
if i do... um. i'll be sleeping.
g'night!
^_^

i just ate some cap'n crunch.
this is quite a bit later than i intended to stay awake.
i should go sleep soon.
but i'll prolly play pokemon and watch tv.

you know...
i've not seen an episode of sabrina the animated series yet
that has the character in it that reminds beth of me.
well, one, but he was a superhero
gazebo boy.
i thought that was great.
but his normal mode of dress is like mine, you can see in the opening titles.

beth (this being not listee beth) gets me to watch so many cartoons.

i should do her italian assignment for her one day.
like we were joking,
spaghetti spaghetti spaghetti spaghetti

...

spaghetti.
cept i could use some of that italian she gave me for the colleen thing
(that *will* get done, really!)
so maybe it wouldn't *all* say spaghetti.

i hearts wally pleasant.
makes me wish i could play guitar just a bit better
cause i know. you and i could. have wonderful sex.

spaghetti spaghetti

love to my darling.
i'll get working on *something* soon
don't you worry.

spaghetti!

t-shirt.

so i've started playing pokemon again today
cause it seems the batteries aren't dead after all,
and that the game was merely sick of me playing it that day.

a funny thing happened the other day, when me and lauren were out driving.
see, we were somewhere in massachusetts, and all of a sudden,
lauren starts making odd noises and driving on the other side of the road...

sweater.

not that i don't have new batteries to put in anyway.
that, and i've been saving my games.
i had so many kick ass pokemon last time, and poof, it died.

not that lauren doesn't do those things occasionally anyway,
but this time, there was actually a reason.
it seems there was a mouse living under the hood of my car...

and a towel, baby.

i'm getting them again, though.
i named professor oak's grandson jerkass
and myself shrug.
i liked the last one better,
and if i would have remembered it at the time, i would have used it.
i was mr. t
and he was crudboy.

um, so we drove miles and miles never watching the road
just watching the mouse, and eventually
when i slid it off the hood of my car with a stick
(i'm quite sure it lived, and prolly landed on its feet),
we figured out that we did exactly know where we were.
then we found the way home, and that was that.

oh yeah!

no new comics yet, but i put new strings on my guitar.
so that's good.
and i've got batteries to replace the ones in my pedals, when they need it.
which will be soon, i think.

my car needs new windshield wipers.
yep.
well, needless to say, everyone's back.
i'm glad, cause i have more people to talk to.

i finally finished the comic i dated as finished four days ago.
which i knew how i was going to finish even before then,
but never quite figured out how i wanted to draw.
well, that's done, and i like it.

did a little sitework, fixed lauren's link.
that all i did.
i told you it was a *little* sitework.

i might do a comic tonight
or at least start one, that'd be good too.
i'm working on the phil, beth, sarah, and dan go see tmbg chronicles.
we're not at the concert yet.
i've just gotten to the part where we're at the train station.
it's coming along, anyways...

i can't say as to the davey or colleen projects yet,
but they're there
and they'll get done.

ya know, i'd like to collaborate with someone on some comics sometime...
that'd be neat!
like, *so* neat!
really really unspeakably neat!

i think i'll go have a bite to eat,
and then get going on the next comic.
after that, it's beddies.
^_^

there's still hardly anyone around,
though listee beth has been (i'll give you a piece of conversation to look at)
and i think people are finally coming back from thanksgiving.
this is good, because not only did i miss them
but i've been going insane with boredom.

here's that bit of conversation... we had been talking about cereal.

Me: so what do you think of, say, cap'n crunch?
Beth: it's okay, as far as cereals go
Me: that was the other cereal i was thinking about
Beth: yeah, well, how come Cap'n Crunch's eyebrows float above his head?
Me: um... they used to be a halo, but it broke when he fell down the stairs
Beth: yikes! They don't make halos like they used to
Beth: and why would he have a halo? Is he dead?
Me: yes, but when the halo became eyebrows he came back to life again
Beth: so THAT'S how it works!
Me: yes, noone's quite sure yet, but he might actually be jesus
Beth: wow, that's kind of disappointing
Me: yes, but he *did* save us from the soggies
Me: they should still make those commercials
Beth: is he going to sentence them to eternal damnation?
Me: yes
Me: but they won't burn in hell, because they're all gloopy and presumably made of milk, so they'll just boil
Beth: they must really be evil
Me: they want to make everyone's cereal a soggy mess!
Beth: Jesus has odd priorities
Me: yes he does
Beth: and yet he's been chosen to lead the Christian community?
Me: well, it's better than having another round of witch trials
Beth: yeah, I have to agree with that... although people might show up at Frankenberry's doorstep brandishing torches
Me: that, or vote republican
Beth: that's worse!
Me: maybe we can confuse them, and they'll brandish torches at republicans' houses
Beth: now THERE'S a plan
Me: yes
Me: we could ask them how cap'n crunch's eyebrows float above his head... they prolly don't know
Beth: it's metaphysical
Me: it sure is

it looks as though dubya might win.
jeez, i hope not!
though, if he does, gore will just contest it anyway
no president for us
no no no
apparently

i think i've been sleeping way too much lately.
am i hibernating in some way?
jeez, i hope not!
though, uneventful as things seem to be recently,
i might as well have been

they're getting better, though, so i guess it's alright
^_^
