i'd been meaning to put it up for a while
just never got to it
kept forgetting
well, it's there now
so that's good

just came back from the house
quick trip
put laundry in the dryer
yes, at 2am
i'd forgotten
distracted by zelda
made progress there though
so i guess it works out

speaking of work
got that to do tomorrow
half of my last week there
or so it might be
chris gave an interesting suggestion
put in my 2 weeks
to try to sqeeze the extra week out of it
and gain the upper hand by quitting
not bad
but i shouldn't quit until i've got something else lined up
which hasn't happened yet
dammit
the problem is i need free time
but i also need decent money
at someplace where i can last a while
chris suggests fedex
it's being taken into consideration
like a whole heap of things

anyway, i should sleep soon

which i will have lauren teach me more of

found a large amount of stuff today
but not the hat i was looking for
among the things i found were-
my tiki magnet (now broken, dammit)
my retainer
my diploma (those come in handy occasionally)
a horrible looking tie with a horse on it
a gray tie-dye cloth wallet (which i am giving to lauren
so she doesn't lose her various cards anymore)
many articles of clothing which i might wear
gameboy link cable
9 volt batteries (i so need them for my effects pedals)
video game booklets
a poster for one of dan's shows that he signed
a placemat i drew on at an indian restaurant
a bit of writing me and dan did (though not all the pages, sadly)
all that, and various other articles
that weren't my hat

my original irish potato farmer's hat
(broken bill and all... it's the only one of all of them
that i can wear frontward without it looking odd)
which wasn't even made in ireland
i'm thinking aregentina, but i doubt i'm right

so yeah, i'm really tired just now
so i think i'm gonna go to bed
